The successful applicant shall be responsible for managing the information technology resources for the business. The role reports to Head of IT

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Create report that can provide information on business activity. Report may include data, graphics, chats, pivot tables, etc.
• Prepare financial statement which includes sales, marketing, purchase order, promotion and other relevant stuff.
• Analyze company performance on a quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis for further decision making process.
• Supervise IT resources, measure and upgrade technical reserve within budget.
• Oversee other MIS staff and assign tasks and projects accordingly
• Manage the security and availability of data services, and measure the performance of computing systems and implement upgrades when necessary

Required Skills or Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of 4 years experience in similar role
• Bachelors degree in computer related field
• Excellent knowledge of MS suite especially excel and access
