Job Description

• Responsible for the maintenance of Microwave network daily issues.
• Troubleshoot and solve the network malfunction fast and effectively.
• Responsible for technical support, project implementation, testing and commissioning, site survey, maintenance, and trouble shooting.
• Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting
• Provide technical solution and hands-on support on MW Equipment.

Required Skills or Experience

• At least a bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronic engineering with not less than 3 years working experience in a related field preferred.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit
• Good at Microsoft office, Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Flexible personality to accommodate a dynamic work load
