The successful applicant shall be responsible for driving sales through market penetration & expansion and also ensuring collections and receivable norms. The role reports to the CEO.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
• Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Responsible for reviewing performance of distributors
• Explore expansion opportunities through continuous market research
• Ensure safety and security of stocks

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
• MBA
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
