Job Description

Purpose Of Job:
Develop and manage a customer service management system that will deliver excellent support to both external and internal stakeholders in order to achieve business goals and objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Act as lead support to commercial operations team (Marketing and Sales) for activations as well as tracking and reporting sales figures on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, midyear and yearly basis.
  • Run trend analysis of sales figures vs. past trading period’s .i.e. (previous week, month, quarter, half year and full year respectively) for decision making.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting during marketing or distributor incentive promotions as well as general sales forecast for each financial year.

Required Skills or Experience

  • 1st Degrees degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or, MBA Marketing/Project Management/Statistics  will be a plus
  • 4 yrs relevant experience in Customer Service Management /Sales Operations or equivalent in a consumer goods company.
  • Experience in dealing with consumers /distributors/wholesalers.
