Job Description

ROLE PROFILE

  • This position is responsible for business development and for coordinating and managing training activities in house and on behalf of our clients.

DUTIES

  • Conduct needs analysis for different organisations as a first step in organising training courses for them.
  • Continuously design comprehensive and updated training content on different courses eg Leadership Skills, Customer Services, Communication Skills, Time management etc.
  • Play a key role in facilitating training and brainstorming sessions, retreats and other courses run by the organisation for different organisations across different industries.
  • Write different proposals on different topics for different organisations
  • Prepare Quarterly budgets for training and actively worked towards the realisation of the budget.
  • Handle leads by following up on proposals and giving presentations on Ghana HR Solutions activities.
  • Work to create a database of associate and specialised facilitators to be utilised as and when needed. Will also be responsible for negotiating fees on the organisation’s behalf.
  • Will take the lead on conferences, promoting attendance and identifying speakers for the various sessions.
  • Establishing partnerships with other training institutions and working to partner, through sponsorships, coordination of programmes etc.
  • Responsible for managing our training calendar and ensuring that all activities on the training calendar are executed.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of a First Degree (Business Administration, Human Resource, Project Management, General Management, Humanities etc.)

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience playing a similar role within the Consultancy setting will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 Year Experience in a similar role.

 REQUIREMENT

  • Strong interpersonal and good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a proactive person
  • Must be a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS (office, excel, Power point)
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
