Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the suitable candidate will be performance oriented and comfortable in dealing with prospective clients, have excellent internal relationships with all other staff within the regions and be proactive in the management of key stakeholder relationships.

The suitable candidate’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying the target market and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Delivering sales targets and ensuring budgets are attained.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices and delivery.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and assistance.
  • Sell Africa Online services products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Review own performance and aim at exceeding targets

Required Skills or Experience

The suitable candidate will have

  • Minimum two years' working experience
  • a minimum of HND or undergraduate degree., but a marketing or sales related post graduate qualification will stand him/her in good stead. 

Knowledge required

  • Knowledge and understanding of the implication of the current trends in the Ghanaian ICT industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong personality. 
  • Knowledge about sales prospecting the ability to apply that successfully.
  • Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
  • Should be capable of thriving in a competitive market.
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Good closing skills.
