Job Description

• To work with the event manager to agree upon objectives and delivery process.
• To work with appropriate colleagues to develop and deliver the event specification and ensure that the style and caliber of the events meets objectives and target audience
• Ensure all events related administrative records are kept up to date.
• To work with other departments (PR, Business Development) to ensure events are promoted to the appropriate audience. Arrange, coordinate and monitor the production and distribution of promotional materials.
• Assist with negotiation for space, contracts and book events venues.
• Create and revise room layouts for each event.
• Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters.
• Assist with managing on-site production and cleanup for events as necessary.
• Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events
• Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery

Required Skills or Experience

Candidates must posess the following skills:-

• Ability to coordinate the scheduling of the entire team helping with the event.
• Ability to pool together the resources and individuals needed for the execution of events.
• Ability to communicate clearly and with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to perform the tasks with passion.
• Resolve problems and issues quickly.
• Ability to stand calm at situations when something does not necessarily go as planned
