• General nursing duties
• Assist in surgical procedures
• Clinic Management
• Records Management
• Maintain effective communication with Unit Manager, staff, patients/clients.
• Develop and maintain continuing personal and professional development to meet the changing demands in the area of nursing care
• Take care of own safety and ensure the safety of other staff and that of clients/patients
• Assist in ensuring planned preventive maintenance of plant and equipment in the clinic
• Any other duties delegated by Management.

Required Skills or Experience

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Registered General Nurse/Midwifery
• Must have registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council and the Ghana Registered Nurses Association
• Must have the rank of Senior Staff Nurse or Nursing Officer.
• Must be able to work effectively with little supervision in clinical nursing
• Be abreast with modern trends in nursing
• Be conversant with the ethics of the nursing profession
• Have good interpersonal relations and communications skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• Must be computer literate
• Must be 3 to 5 years of clinical/preventive nursing
• Must have the age between 26 - 45 years
