A leader in the  Non-Bank Financial Institutions  invites applications from experienced, highly    motivated, proactive and resourceful persons to fill the position of Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary
Supervising and managing the operational process and structures of the fixed income loans units (departments)

Key job responsibilities

Risk management

• Identify business risk areas per each Payroll unit   
• Ensure requisite documents covering client applications are strictly adhered to and exceptions duly identified and escalated 
• Work closely with Arrears unit to reduce Arrears portfolio  month on month 
• Effective management of Arrears Policy

Portfolio monitoring

• Monitor the quality and completeness of all data to be submitted to Payroll units 
• Monitor the timely actions of Payroll units 
• Provide regular/monthly portfolio monitoring report

Refund/Settlement management 

• Manage processes of Refund and Settlement 
• Ensure prompt feedback to clients on complaint related issues 
• Ensure Excellent customer satisfaction       

Required Skills or Experience

• At least a first degree (Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics
• 6 years’ experience in managerial or supervisory role
• Knowledge in loan processes
• Knowledge in sales
• Knowledge in project management 
• Knowledge in customer relationship management  
• Knowledge in operations in the financial industry – Banks or Saving and Loans
• Knowledge in process risk management and controls

Technical Competence
Sales, data analysis, knowledge in accounting principles, knowledge in excel, loan processes and procedures
