Responsibilities

Head Security Services, is expected to set up the UCS Security Services Business Unit, plan, manage, and maintain controls and ensure that the Business Unit functions smoothly and effectively. He/She would direct and effectively supervise the work of all professional under him/her, develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within and outside of the Company; prepare effective correspondence and reports; and communicate effectively verbally and in sensitive interpersonal situations.

Head of Security Services would ensure that daily Security action plans are completed on time and within budget and also ensure that objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. He/She would oversee all the security functions to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and different interests involved are satisfied.

• Gender - Male / Female
• Educational Qualification - At least a first  Degree
• Work Experience - Above 20 years
• Nationality - Expatriate, Preferable from Turkey/South Africa
• Salary - Competitive
