A Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) and a subsidiary of a multinational company. The Company has vacancies for highly motivated individuals with high integrity and a passion to succeed for hiring as: Micro Loan Officer-Car Title Loans

Location: The Jobs are based in Accra, Kumasi, Sunyani and Techiman

Purpose of the Job
To promote the company’s car title loan product, recruit potential customers and appraise loan applications; manage and achieve a quality loan portfolio.

Key Accountabilities

• •    Meeting agreed monthly and annual targets in terms of customer recruitment and loan disbursement.
• •    Follows up with leads and applications to ensure timely conversion
• •    Appraise car title and other loans as may be assigned
   

Required Skills or Experience

• Formal Education and Certification
• HND/Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce, Business studies, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Knowledge and Experience
• 2  years relevant  experience 

Competencies Required (Skills & Abilities)

• Good knowledge of the requirements of the Borrowers and Lenders Act 2008 
• Unquestionable integrity, assertiveness and good selling skills
• Ability to plan and organize activities and must be an organized person as well.
• Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft Office suit.
• Must have time management and problem solving abilities
• Must pay attentive to detaills
