Location: Accra, Kumasi, Sunyani and Techiman

Purpose of the Job
To undertake technical appraisal of assets (vehicles) to be financed for lease/loan customers and conduct post-disbursement inspection of the conditions of such assets for the purpose of advising management and BM customers on the appropriate actions to take.

Key Accountabilities

• Pre-disbursement  vehicle  inspection and valuation
• Checks the specifications of assets and assets parts against pre-defined criteria to determine if they meet the product requirements
• Advises Bayport if there is the need for a customer to undertake some maintenance works on an asset  (vehicle) prior to the conclusion of loan agreement
• Assesses the value of vehicles presented as collateral for loans

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of a high school certificate. A diploma in Engineering (Auto Mechanic) will be an added advantage.
• 3 years relevant  experience in  auto mechanic 

Competencies Required (Skills & Abilities)

• Ability to drive a vehicle is a plus (licensed driver)
• Thorough knowledge of vehicles and vehicle parts
• Organized, with keen attention to detail;
• Basic computer usage and ability to write simple reports
• Unquestionable integrity
