Job Description

• The Director of Works and Physical Development is the Head of the University Works and Physical Development Office
• He is responsible to toe Vice-Chancellor in the discharge of his duties

Required Skills or Experience

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Architecture, Building Technology and Engineering;
• Be a member of a recognised professional body;
• Either have a minimum of twelve (12) years post qualification working, experience in a practicing firm or industry, or a minimum of three (3) years experience as a Deputy Director of Works and Physical Development in a University or Analogous Institution;         
• Have completed various projects of considerable magnitude and value.         
• Must be able to work for a minimum of five years before attaining the statutory retirement age of sixty (60) years.
