Job Description

Job Purpose:

• To supervise the shift operations team on process area to ensure safe, efficient operation of the unit.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks:

• Know good trimming to reach the standard quality.
• Know how to adjust the parameter setting of the machine.
• Know how to solve the quality related problems of running production.
• Know how to fill the machine hourly production report.
• Keeps cleanliness around the machine area and machine.
• Check the product weight regularly during the shifts to avoid over/under weight.
• To know how to avoid lumps (cut the material in to small pieces when it is hot and trim top, bottom flashes of rejected product).
• To know how to operate the machine.
• To know how to identify the small holes of products in online production.
• To know how to operate the leak detector machine.
• To know how to attend the machine breakdown and trouble shooting.
• Maintain the discipline inside the plant.
• Follow the machine start and stop procedure.
• For safety purpose use overall and hand gloves when operating the machine and handling the hot material.
• During the colour change process first finishes the material from hopper use only virgin material to change colour. (Running colour  Natural colour  Required colour).
• Have standard knowledge on the machine operation.
• Should understand the relevant procedure

Required Skills or Experience

• Should have more than 10 years working experience
