Job description

• Develop and lead the implementation of strategies to grow the company’s portfolio of clients.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks
• Hitting sales targets and Maintaining a customer database
• Growth plan, market opportunity, targeted industries and confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
• Sell and market products / services to clients

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of SSSCE/WASCE/A’LEVEL/DBS/ HND required
• Self-motivated without constant management supervision
• Flexible enough to be part of a small team yet work autonomously
• Ability to communicate across a broad cross section of clients
•  Be available for an immediate start
