Job Description

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Transaction Advisor – preparation and implementation of transactions involving corporate and private equity clients in our sectors of focus.
  • Analysis of client’s financial statements for purposes of deal structuring
  • Treasurer for the company and its affiliates. Keep record of cash and cash equivalents, assets, advise on their investment for profit and required rate of return on the investments.
  • Assist with financial planning, implementation of financial controls and financial reporting for the Company.

Other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Directors and Board of Directors.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A good university degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.                                                 
  • Qualified Accountant (or at the final stages).
  • Willing and able to work long hours without supervision                                                        
  • Extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Experience with PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte or similar will be an advantage
