We are a fast growing Savings and Loans institution licensed by the Bank of Ghana to provide financial services. As part of our expansion program and business strategy, we require the services of smart, confident and performance oriented professional to be employed as OPERATIONS & SALES MANAGER – PAYROLL LOANS

Role description:
The Operations and Sales Manager shall be responsible for the following:

• Sales growth of the business
• System development and training of staff 
• All Sales Executives of the business.
• Driving the sales force of the business, recruitment, training and retention 
• Developing and implementing effective marketing and advertising strategies.
• Ensuring the quality of applications submitted by the Sales Executives is of an acceptable standard.
• The motivation and welfare of the Sales Executives.
• The correct implementation of the company’s credit policy. 
• Developing policies, processes and procedures for Sales Operations
• Monthly and annual sales reporting requirements.
• Monthly sales targets.

Required Skills or Experience

• A tertiary degree 
• Excellent knowledge of banking and finance industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role  
• Experience with a payroll lender
