We are a fast growing Savings and Loans institution licensed by the Bank of Ghana to provide financial services. As part of our expansion program and business strategy, we require the services of smart, confident and performance oriented professional to be employed as COLLECTIONS MANAGER-PAYROLL LOANS.

Role description

The Collections Manager shall be responsible for the following:

• Developing policies, processes and procedures for collecting all government deductions 
• Collecting all government deductions 
• Collecting all electronic and cash payments
• Uploading monthly deductions and changes within agreed deadlines
• Rejected deductions 
• Keeping accurate customer loan accounts 
• Maintaining excellent relationships with CAGD and any other institutions related to collections
• Mitigating any collections risks which are likely to affect business
• Hiring and training personnel working with collections
• Monthly and annual collections reporting requirements.
• Monthly collections targets.

Required Skills or Experience

• A tertiary degree 
• Excellent knowledge of banking and finance industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role  
• Experience with a payroll lender
