Job Description

  • Position Title: Head - Legal
  • Designation : Assistant Manager/Manager      
  • Reporting to  : Country Head
  • Function : Legal
  • Location : Accra
Basic Data Functional description
The Incumbent would be responsible to ensure the legal compliance and to protect the companies from the issues. To ensure risk mitigation in the company especially from contractual stand points

# Tasks
1 Drafting the contacts
2 Responsible for maintaining litigation, which consists of civil and criminal cases filed by/against the company
3 Resolving the ongoing, legal and compliance related issues
4 Maintaining legally validated documents related to all the WHCs  
5 Undertake all the Secretariat related issues of the Company
