Job Description

  • Position Title : Relationship Executive (Eastern region )
  • Level : L10/L9      
  • Reports to : Cluster Head - Customer Acquisition and Retention Team (CART)
  • Function : CART
  • Location : Respective location as alloted
Basic Data Function description
A Relationship Executive is responsible for a particular territory as assigned

# Tasks  
1 Ensuring WHC [ WaterHealth Center] opens and closes at an appropriate time. Shared
2 Ensuring that Business Associate purifies the water as per the laid out standard process. Shared
3 Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at the WHC. Shared
4 Resolving minor technical issues and ensuring plant downtime is minimal. Shared
5 Raising timely trouble tickets in case of any technical issues and operational issues that require intervention of other WHG personnel. Full 
6 Managing the Business Associate life cycle i.e. recruitment, training, engagement, performance management and ext. Full 
7 Maintaining good relations with the Community and also resolving major issues with the local bodies. Full 
8 Recruit and constantly engage a water board to monitor the affairs at the WHCs in the Grid Full 
9 Retaining and improving the customer base of the WHC including maintaining of the customer records. Shared
10 Ensuring customer registrations are done through the defined process. Shared
11 conducting marketing campaigns and other activities to increase awareness and in turn customer adoption of dr. water. Full 
12 Acquiring the required number of Retail Points in the WHC catchment area.  Full 
13 Aggressively recruit, train and manage hard core sales canvassers to sell to required targeted house holds through door knocks Full 
14 Conducting marketing campaigns and other activities to increase awareness and in turn customer adoption of dr. water. Shared
15 Reporting daily volume to Cluster/Sub - Cluster Head. Shared
16 Maintaining can sales, inventory and records of the WHCs Shared
17 Maintain accurate and proper records of the money/funds spent on various items (if any) at all points of time.  Full 
18 Purchase of materials and accessories, its accounting and reconciliation, engaging the services of other labour/skilled personnel for undertaking the assigned tasks, from time to time. Full

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification and Experience Education: Graduate or Preferably MBA
Functional Experience: Experience in Sales & Distribution would be an added advantage.

Other : Expert in local language
Years of Experience: The incumbent should have a minimum 0 to 2 years of work experience in sales and distribution of FMCG /Telecom with emphasis on rural sales and distribution
