To supervise the construction of a road project. 

Job Description
The prime responsibilities will be:

• Team leader for the contractors technical team on site
• Will attend site meetings on behalf of the contractor where necessary
• Schedule the appropriate equipment for the appropriate site works
• Ensure that materials used for the works are per the specifications
• Ensure that the works are constructed to meet specifications and as required
• Train and evaluate the effectiveness of works foremen on site
• Evaluating and certifying accurately, subcontractors submitted interim payment certificates of works executed

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of an HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience
