Job Description

The institution is a rapidly growing international Savings & Loans Company with over 12 Branches in Ghana.

Job Description
Responsible for the development of a healthy loan portfolio which includes prospecting, analyzing, disbursing, monitoring and recovery of disbursed loans.

Salary Per Month:    Attractive/ Negotiable 

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of HND in the area of interest:   Management/Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics/Business
  • 3 - 5 years working experience within the micro/small/SME financial  industry     

Required Skill Set

  • Loan portfolio and financial services management
  • Credit risk analysis
  • Commercial relations
  • Monitoring of cash flows
  • Client relationship management
  • Management of arrears and debt recovery
  • Ability to analyze with capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of reliability and correctness
  • Excellent communication, marketing skills and have a commercial orientation
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications
  • Proficiencies and knowledge of Ghanaian languages is an added advantage.
