ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT

ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT

 LOCATION: Accra

CATEGORY: Office/Administration

Our client, a leader in engineering and planning consulting is currently looking to hire a competent Administration/Personal Assistant to help in their operations in Ghana.

ROLE PROFILE

The position requires a dynamic, hardworking and competent individual with experience in performing administration and Personal Assistant duties.

DUTIES

  • Answer calls and liaise with client’s professionally
  • Manage social media presence
  • Maintain Manager’s diaries
  • Organize meetings
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Prepare letters, presentations and reports
  • Arrange appointments
  • Take messages and type /word processing
  • Plan and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Plan and organize meetings
  • Arrange for travel and accommodation.

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor’s degree in English, business, IT, languages, information science or management will be beneficial
  • Previous clerical, secretarial or commercial experience will be a plus

REQUIREMENT

  • Must be flexible
  • Must easily adapt to change
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT and secretarial skills
  • Good organizational skills
