Job Description

Sales and Marketing (Inbound & Outbound)

  • To undertake over the telephone sales activities which includes but not limited to placing outbound cold calls and/or receiving inbound calls.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and strive to achieve daily/ Monthly targets.
  • Explaining and promoting products to individuals and prospective businesses.

Lead Generation

  • Researching and identifying leads, keep and maintain updates records of prospective customers.
  • Sourcing leads by campaigns via the telephone, emails, social media and other electronic mediums.
  • Identify prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop/maintain relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals. Support efforts to consistently grow the base of referral sources.
  • Maintain the mail lists and keep both the prospect and customer lists up to date.

Required Skills or Experience

Person Specification

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with excellent telephone manners.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English required.
  • Excellent computer skills, with the ability to multitask and use diverse computer programs
  • Able to work within a target driven environment with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult people.
  • Confident and professional with a proactive attitude and business acumen.
  • Experience of cold calling and working in a sales environment.
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Ability to use MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) proficiently.
