Job Description

Job Purpose
To create and deliver value for customers by sourcing for new business and effectively managing relationships with potential and existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Promote the company's products , develop and maintain close  relationships with the company's customers by satisfying their needs and facilitating market penetration     
  • Vigorous investment mobilization and cross selling of the company's products in order to meet/surpass targets 
  • Frequent  visits to customer's business points                 
  • Source for transactions that will be profitable to the company            
  • Deepen existing relationships to increase market share of the company's business    
  • Ensure that quality of service delivery to customers is always at the highest level     
  • Prepare daily/weekly call plans, call reports and follow-up  reports             
  • You will be given a monthly marketing target to meet. This target will be discussed with you

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Give financial advisory service and ensure effective communication between customers and the company
  • Handle all correspondences of clients under management                 
  • Promote/facilitate effective competition between the company and its competitors    
  • Ensure all information on customers' business with the company is kept confidential at all times    
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Business Development.         
  • As and when the fortunes of the department change your role will also evolve as per our career objectives

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of First Degree in Finance, marketing, social sciences or Accounting
  • Applicants must have not less than 10 years Sales/Marketing experience.
  • Applicants must not be less than 35 years
  • Female are especially encouraged to apply
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office

TECHNICAL 

  • Workable knowledge in Corporate Banking
  • Excellent banking experience
  • Good relationship Management
  • Possess Communication skills
  • Ability to motivate

PERSONALITY

  • Excellent  team management skills
  • Possess dynamic Leadership skills
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Be flexible and tactful
