Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

A Reputable Company

The successful candidate shall be for responsible for achieving sales and profitability objective. He /She shall identify marketplace opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, proposing solutions, forecasting and closing sales.  The role reports to the Sales Manager.

 

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

  • Meet monthly sales targets and goals
  • Identify and establish contact with potential clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers. 
  • Build solid pipelines and provide accurate sales forecast
  • Initiate sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, and developing proposals.
  • Prepare and present proposals to corporate decision makers
  • Build interactive components for all renewal and new business proposals

Required Skills or Experience

  • Degree/ HND in marketing/Sales or Equivalent Professional qualification
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience
  • Prior experience working with an ISP/ICT related company
  • Working knowledge of IP based networks and services, MPLS infrastructure, Cloud computing and infrastructure services
  • Prior experience in a sales role with a proven track record of sales achievement

 

PERSON SPRECIFIC REQUIREMENT

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent  team player and target driven
  • Show initiative and be able to work under pressure
  • Effective interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Strong skills in proposal formulation, report writing, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good Computer skills( Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to speak French is an added advantage
