Job Description

Trade executives contribute to and develop integrated Trade (Recruitment) campaigns. Tasks can involve:

  • liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
  • communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
  • managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters for the trade;
  • arranging the effective distribution of Trade marketing materials to retailers;
  • maintaining and updating customer (retailers) databases;
  • conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
  • contributing to, and developing, trade plans and strategies;
  • evaluating trade (recruitment) campaigns;
  • monitoring competitor activity;
  • supporting the Trade manager and other colleagues.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor degree or higher is required
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
