Job Description

The purpose of this position is to strengthen Management and ensure operational of Bojo Beach Resort.
Also to monitor and ensure employees compliance of policies and procedures
 

Efficiencies and discipline.
1- Human Resources Assistance

  • Maintain confidential employee records-discipline etc,
  • Endure that time and attendance policies are monitored – sick days, personal days off, etc
  • Develop and maintain weekly employee schedule to support operations,
  • Maintain the annul leave/vacations schedule
  • New employee orientation, and needs – Badges, policies, vision, clothing etc.

2- Office administration

  • Answering telephone and correspondence
  • Maintaining office supplies and prepare accurate reports
  • In-charge of stock and maintaining proper record, issuing items to employees – following authorization process and approvals.
  • Ensure that items are used efficiently and no theft.
  • Maintain appropriate filing system on business transactions,
  • Lead in customer relations and employee communications
  • Schedule and attend staff meetings – Keep minutes and follow-up on key actions

3- Operations support

  • Maintain log on company cars and enforce policies
  • Meeting potential customers – new and existing – enquiries, etc.
  • Working at the gate – selling tickets
  • Processing orders to purchase essential items  for the company
  • Assisting the management team on miscellaneous duties
  • Follow-up on employees to ensure completion of commitments or tasks assigned
  • Other duties – Assist in special customer programs, banquets setting, conferences, etc.

4- Marketing and Accounting support

  • Prepare special reports and schedules for accounting – Food and Beverage
  • Assist marketing staff, in phone calls, customer interactions, brochures, follow-ups.
  • Other duties as assigned

5- Hotel Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Hotel operations as required and assigned

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND or Degree in hotel or hospitality management, business or a related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Should be a computer literate, word and excel.
