A leading and reputable local company having dealership in the hiring of heavy duty trucks and earth moving equipment in the country within the West-Africa sub region is looking for a highly qualified and motivated person for the position of Technical Supervisor

• Duty Station: Togo    
• Responsible To: Togo - Manager

Objective Of The Position
To oversee the maintenance and repairs of the company’s trucks and equipment.

Key Tasks: the responsibilities of the incumbent include but not limited to the following:

• To provide technical support to the company
• To supervise, allocate and distribute jobs to Mechanics and other workshop staff
• To maintain and keep records of repairs and maintenance of trucks and equipment
• Maintain good housekeeping and tools keeping in all areas of work
• To observe the highest safety standards to work
• Ensure discipline in the workshop at all times

Required Skills or Experience

Applicant shall possess/have:

• 1st Degree Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 3yrs experience in similar position or
• HND Mechanical Engineering with 5yrs experience in similar position

• Strong trouble shooting and decision making skills
• Proficient in automation controls and programming
