Scope:

• The position entails planning, organizing and controlling production in the factory to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.

Main Accountabilities:

• MA1: Ensure the achievement of annual Production targets of processed product in    compliance with customer Quality specification
• MA2: Guarantee a safe working environment on the production floor and ensure adherence to safety policies
• MA3: Ensure that all products are packaged in accordance with Laboratory Analysis results and as per the quality Manual
• MA4: Guarantee that the process line is free from any form of contamination
• MA5:  Guarantee the availability of working tools for operational staff to meet set targets
• MA6:  Ensure a high level of motivation among the production team for optimum performance

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Technology
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience

• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge in health and safety standards and compliance
• Knowledge in process improvement techniques
