Job Scope:

• Carry out organizational studies on production systems and processes, to contribute to the improvement of economic performance, in the context of total quality management
• To promote progress in human and machine productivity
• To manage the organization and information requirements for a sector of activity

Key Functions:

• Ensure that the Company operations and manufacturing costs are significantly reduced.     
• Ensure that proposals and recommendations effectively solve problems.
• Ensure that new improved work methods and processes are safe and ergonomically reasonable.                    
• Ensure that management and staff are abreast with new cost improvement techniques.
• Ensure that the Company’s Standard workshops lead to improvement in work zones.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bsc. Engineering/ Agric. Engineering/ Actuarial Science or any related Certificate from an accredited University.
• Experience: Not required.

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good problem-solving and maths skills
• Self-confidence to take initiatives
• Very proactive, innovative and analytical
• Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work
• Responsive team player with ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing tasks
• Advanced computer skills i.e., Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
