Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to bring their skill, creativity and passion to our busy kitchen.

Deliver high quality dishes consistently well in a fast-paced busy environment.

Manage and train kitchen staff, providing leadership to your team

Required Skills or Experience

<span style="":helvetica,arial,sans-serif;" :14px"="">To be considered for this role, you must be able to tick each of the criteria below:

Minimum 3 years kitchen experience post apprenticeship
Experience as a Head Chef will be a distinct advantage, but a great attitude is a must.
Experience with multi cultural cuisine
Proven commercial experience in all operational aspects of a kitchen
Solid understanding of HACCP and WHS
Proven leadership skills
Passionate and ambitious individual who takes pride in their work
Team player with excellent mentoring, planning and organisational skills
Positive attitude with a proactive manner
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of cost and quality control
