Job Description

• Maintains company cars in clean, polished, flawless operating condition.
• Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Fuels the vehicle as and when requested by HR/Admin.
• Coordinates with administrative officer regarding the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance.
• Obeys all traffic laws and limits.
• Assists passengers and especially handicapped ones in and out of the vehicle.
• Drives during irregular hours, in day-light and night-time hours; stays overnight on extended trips.
• Responds immediately to accident or medical emergencies by notifying emergency service providers.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills or Experience

• SSCE/ WASSCE certificate; must be a minimum of 25 years of age, and possess and maintain a safe driving record.
• Possession of valid Ghanaian Driver's License of class B and above and a safe driving record, reviewed annually.
• Ability to read and write English and speak one or more languages other than English and to hear and understand normal conversation, as well as unusual vehicle sounds, horns, sirens and other ordinary traffic sounds and warnings.
• Ability to read and understand rules, operating and maintenance manuals, company procedures and customary travel documents in English.
