A leading Non Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) requires the under listed for immediate employment as part of a restructuring and expansion drive;
Credit Officers in Accra

Job Purpose

• To promote the company’s credit products
• Recruit customers and appraise loan applications
• Manage and ensure a good quality loan portfolio 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Meeting agreed monthly and annual targets in terms of customer recruitment and loan disbursement.
• Appraise loan applications
• Portfolio Quality Management
• Cross-selling of other products including deposits, quality customer service and achieving high customer retention
• Scanning the operational zone to identify competitor activities and risk factors which may impact on the business of the company

Required Skills or Experience

• HND/Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Business studies, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a NBFI lending environment
• Delinquency management and loan recovery experience will be a great advantage
