A leading Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) requires the under listed for immediate employment as part of a restructuring and expansion drive;

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for promoting the company’s products including Susu loans, Susu accounts and Savings accounts through exceptional customer service delivery.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Marketing and sales of deposit products (Susu loans, Susu accounts and Savings Accounts)
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Growing customers deposit balances
• Growing a high quality Susu loan portfolio
• Reactivation of inactive deposit accounts
• Policy & process adherence

Required Skills or Experience

• SSSCE, HND 1 or equivalent qualification.
• One year experience in a busy Non-Bank Financial institution (NBFI) in the same capacity;
• Must be computer literate
• 2 years’ experience in sales preferably in deposit mobilisation.
