Role description:

The Collections Manager shall be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for developing policies, processes and procedures for collecting all government salary loans including CAGD loans
• Responsible for collecting all government deductions
• Responsible for collecting all electronic and cash payments
• Responsible for uploading monthly deductions and changes within agreed deadlines
• Responsible for rejected deductions
• Responsible for keeping accurate customer loan accounts
• Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with CAGD and any other institutions related to collections
• Responsible for mitigating any collections risks which are likely to affect business
• Responsible for hiring and training personnel working with collections
• Monthly and annual collections reporting requirements.
• Monthly collections targets.
