Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and evaluating options;
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Create business plans for growth initiatives and new businesses
  • Analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, growth opportunities and internal performance
  • Analysing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses
  • Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the service or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to maximize profits
  • Research on market trends and derivation of respective necessary reactions like updates or changes of policies or the adjustment of strategies
  • Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy
  • Creation ideas for new commercial campaigns that are aligned with the customers' needs and demands

Required Skills or Experience

  • Seven years of relevant business development experience
  • Master’s Degree in business, marketing or any related field
  • Preferably Female

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Enthusiasm and passion for following trends in media and entertainment
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven business development manager who is used to working to targets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to partner and collaborate effectively with cross-divisional functions and external partners
  • Good decision-making skills
