Job Description

To be a key member of the sales and marketing team responsible for generating new business and developing marketing strategies to increase sales in the Gulf Area. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• The role covers both indoor and outdoor duties with agents, corporate and other related commercial houses.
• To indentify sales prospects and new business opportunities by effective monitoring the market and competitors activities.
• To work as an integrated member of the sales team, making sales calls, providing details information and sales proposals to agents and clients, providing sales leads and liaising with other members of the team where appropriate.
• Develop marketing plans and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• To coordinate and work with company’s Advertising & PR agency to see plans are executed.
• To contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan.
• To undertake any other duties and projects at the request of the Sales Manager.

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years post qualification in the Airline industry.
• A self starter, able to work on own initiative and keep to timelines.
• Must be a graduate. A degree in marketing and/or sales will be an advantage. IATA cert. Better advantage
• A strong and confident communicator with negotiation skills. 
• A tenacious attitude towards challenges.
• Able to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels. Must have driving license
• Good PC and IT skills
