Job Description

Main One seeks to employ visionary, focused and effective individuals with sound track records and relevant abilities to fill the following positions in Accra, Ghana: Facility Operations Manager

The Facility Operations Manager will supervise the functions pertaining to facility management of the Main One sites (CLS, PoP and Beach manhole);

• oversee building structure, operations and maintenance of all equipment and utility systems such as Power, Fire Protection System, Precision Cooling, Comfort Cooling, UPS, Inverters, Rectifiers, Biometrics, etc.;
• Ensure building and facilities are kept at high level of maintenance and that all SLAs are adhered to.

Required Skills or Experience

• Related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience
