• Assist in the creation of 10 new pastry recipes
• Assist in the procurement of professional catering equipment.
• Consult on the design and construction of the pastry production premises.

Required Skills or Experience

• Experience in a LARGE VOLUME PASTRY ENTERPRISE as a chef, assistant chef or supervisor.
• Creative, innovative, flexible and ready to experiment and create new recipes.
• Is knowledgeable of the appropriate professional pastry equipment
