Our client, an automobile company is looking for a well-organized and a proactive Sales Officer to help with their operations in Ghana.

ROLE PROFILE

The Sales Officer will be responsible for marketing company’s product and also identify new market through effective market research.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Perform quality checks on products and service delivery by driving customer satisfaction and monitoring service delivery.
• Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
• Maintain sales activity records
• Control showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly reports
• Verify receiving documents.
• Set sales targets and sales forecasting
• Study new product description to update job knowledge.
• Assist in development of marketing plans
• Advise customers on how best to use the product.
• Use technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product.
• Any other duties as required by management

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or diploma in marketing or related discipline.
• 1-3 years’ sales experience in sales or similar position

• A good head for figures and understanding of personal finance issues
• Strong customer service skills
• Good eye for detail
• A confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
