Job Purpose/ Summary of Role

• To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

Job Duties/responsibilities

• Ensure the prompt repayment of defaults by clients.
• Ensure that no default within a particular week is carried into the following week.
• Responsibility to see to it that the branch does a minimum of 95% Recovery per month.
• Responsible for post disbursement assessment.
• Help with the branch field monitoring exercise as and when necessary.
• Ensure to promptly liaise with the General Manager for recovery for contingent
• Directions, instructions and permissions as and when necessary so as to avoid any
• Unauthorised practices especially in the field.
• Ensure that all Loan Balances within every Loan Cycle are reduced to zero.
• Ensure to adhere to their Fair Debt Recovery Practices on the discharge of your duties.
• To persistently ensure follow up on debtors through phone calls, visitations, joint
• Recovery actions etc to see to it that all Loan Balances handed to you are reduced to zero.
• Undertake any other job/tasks assigned by the General Manager

Required Skills or Experience

• ​Minimum of HND
• Not more than 30 years.
• At least 2yrs post National Service Experience.
• Knowledge and experience in recovery would be an added advantage
• Location: Kumasi and Somanya
