Job Description

Project Manager Responsiblilities

• The Project Manager must take ownership of the entire project process shedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct contractors and subcontractors
• Review the work progress on site consistently
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Report and escalate to management as needed.

Required Skills or Experience

• Mininum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or any related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Development/Construction Industry.  Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Excellent team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
