Construction Manager Responsiblities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from start to completion
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractural conditions of performance
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction tecniques

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or any related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Development/Constructionn Industry.  
• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Excellent team player skillls and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
