Job Description

• Process loan applications from clients for approval
• Verification of clients by conducting due diligence
• Disbursing loans to clients
• Collecting weekly repayments from borrowers and closing daily and monthly register of loan schedules
• Supervise other loan officers in the branch
• Lead the team in recovering overdue debts
• Weekly and monthly reporting to management on status of all loans

Required Skills or Experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 3 - 5 years experience in microfinance operations preferrably in Accra.
• Self motivator and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to speak Twi and Ga fluently.
