Job Description

• Tetra Tech DPK seeks qualified candidates to serve as Chief of Party (COP) on the anticipated USAID-funded Enhancing Coordination and Integration within Ghana’s Justice Sector program.
• The purpose of this program is to provide technical assistance and services to develop a criminal case tracking system.
• The integrated case tracking system will support the Government of Ghana's ability to effectively investigate and prosecute criminal cases.

Required Skills or Experience

Candidates shall have the following minimum qualifications:

• At least 10 years of demonstrated experience implementing international development activities, with preference given to judicial reform and justice sector efficiency;
• At least 5 years of experience at a senior program management and/or leadership level;
• Track record of progressively responsible experience managing a complex portfolio that includes justice sector reform activities;
• Prior experience supporting justice sector institutions to develop and/or strengthen automated case management systems preferred;
• Prior experience in working in Ghana or the West Africa region;
• Ability to build and effectively manage a strong team of staff;
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with officials’ at all relevant levels of host country governments, as well as other donors;
• Degree in law or a related field; and
• Knowledge of USAID and/or international donor program rules and regulations.
