Required Skills or Experience

Applicant would be:

• A leading member of the Management team, who will require expertise in developing and implementing school programme, supervising academic work, counselling children and parents and organizing staff appraisals. He/she will report to the Board of Governors.
• He/she should exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills. He/she is expected to be able to deal with different cultural and faith-based Religions in a receptive and unprejudiced manner, given the multinational nature of the school.
• He/she must have the awareness of international developments in education, and ability to incorporate these into the school's curriculum. The candidate must be an experienced Educationist who has held a similar position with at least 3 years of experience in Managerial and Administrative skills.
• A Degree in Education. A Master's Degree in Administration/Management or Educational leadership will be an advantage.
• High Professional Academic Qualification (Should be on the Rank of Asst. Director I or II).
• Not more than 62 years.
• The applicant must provide a one page write-up on his/her vision & mission for the school and position being applied for.
