Job Description

We are a food processing company looking for a dynamic individual for the position of a Production Shift Supervisor.

Role Profile:

• The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team of food production staff in processing factory.

Required Skills or Experience

• Electrical Engineering Technician Part II/III or HND in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of five (5) years working experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in a food processing industry is an advantage  
• Good communication (both speaking and writing) and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Must be self-motivated
