Required Skills or Experience

The right person must have:

• Hands-on face-to-face marketing experience for financial products.
• Proven ability to sell to, and manage relationship with customers
• Strategic and conceptual selling skills.
• Ability to lead a sales team to achieve targets.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational efficiency and admin skills.
• Proven track record of high performance.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in selling services.

Other Requirements:

• Degree from reputable university (first class or upper second class is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
• 3-5 YEARS business development experience
• Able to set and Achieve targets
• Passionate Marketer
• Service marketing is key
• Matured with proven ability to lead
• Capable of working under sustained pressure to produce results
• Good client-facing presentation skills
