Job Description

  • Duties and responsibilities include managing IT systems infrastructure, networking, research and development, provide support for solutions offered by CITSYS.  
  • Develop and implement a sales plan and strategies to grow business across the region and across target markets
  • Work with Line Manager to develop a strategy and decision-making process for new product solutions
  • Grow revenue across product lines and services
  • Establishing and maintaining new client relationships
  • Support overall strategic planning and linking activities which support the business development metrics
  • Examining potential business opportunities by analyzing customer needs and aligning CITSYS offerings to create value propositions for customers
  • Marketing activities – Trade Show/Event participation
  • Collaborating with Business Development Support (BDS) to develop a continuous pipeline
  • Collaborate with BDS to produce sector reports to be used in sales process.
  • Collaborate with BDS to conduct analysis of competitive information, provide competitive recommendations
